Overview
The Senior Lead Robot Inspector plays a vital leadership role in the FTC season, ensuring that all robots meet the required specifications and compliance standards while fostering a fair and competitive environment. This position requires experience, commitment, and expertise in FTC robot inspection procedures and regulations. The Senior Lead Robot Inspector will oversee training, recruitment, communication, and operational planning throughout the season.
Qualifications
Prior experience as an FTC Lead Robot Inspector.
Strong understanding of FTC robot design, construction, and compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to remain objective and ensure fair rule enforcement.
Willingness to travel for competitions.
Work Conditions
Remote and In Person Events during the active season beginning in September and ending in February.
