Overview
The District Judge Advisor is a key leadership role in FTC, ensuring the integrity and fairness of the judging process while fostering a positive experience for teams. This position requires experience, commitment, and expertise in FTC judging and operations. The Senior Judge Advisor will oversee judge training, recruitment, conflict of interest mitigation, and operational planning throughout the season.
Qualifications
Prior experience as an FTC Lead Scorekeeper.
Strong understanding of FTC scoring systems, data management, and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent technical, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
Willingness to travel for competitions.
Work Conditions
Remote and In Person Events during the active season beginning in September and ending in February.
