We actually stumbled onto Personio when our company grew from 18 to almost 50 people in less than a year, and suddenly our “HR system” (which was basically spreadsheets and email threads) completely fell apart. Payroll was being double-checked manually, vacation requests got lost, and recruiting was chaos because CVs were saved everywhere.

Before signing, I looked around to see if there were any savings options and came across things like Personio Discount listings. I’m not saying there’s always a deal available, but checking doesn’t hurt, especially for growing companies watching every expense. My advice would be: invest time in onboarding and training managers properly. The tool is powerful, but if people don’t use it consistently, you won’t get the full benefit. Once adoption clicked for us, HR processes became way less stressful.
