The Johns Hopkins University Center for Talented Youth’s summer programs provide three-week courses to academically talented high school and middle school students. They are looking for teachers for their locations in Northern and Southern California, Maryland, and Rhode Island. Room and board are provided on campus for staff at all of these sites. Positions are for 3 or 6 weeks.

Summer Robotics Instructors
3 or 6 Week Positions
The Johns Hopkins University Center for Talented Youth (CTY) is currently seeking instructors for our summer programs.
What is CTY?
The Johns Hopkins University Center for Talented Youth (CTY), a world leader in gifted education, offers summer academic programs at colleges and universities around the world. CTY gives highly qualified students the opportunity to engage in an intense immersion in a particular subject. In addition to rigorous academics, students enjoy a fun experience outside the classroom through recreational activities.

• Fundamentals of Computer Science

Dates of Employment:
· Session 1: June 22 – July 15, 2017
· Session 2: July 15 – August 5, 2017
Terms of Employment:
Starting salary is $2,400 to $3,000 for a single three-week session
Room and board provided
Advanced coursework in mathematics, computer science, or robotics
Independent teaching experience
Experience with children or adolescents
