REMINDER: Pre-Inspection Sheet
Complete your pre-inspection PRIOR to coming to your event. This will help prevent event delays and prevent you from missing your first match.


REMINDER: Consent and Release Forms
All members (students, mentors, and volunteers) attending an event must sign the FIRST Chesapeake online consent and release BEFORE checking in to the event.
  • The form can be found here - 
  • Everyone must fill out the form for EACH event they attend- so go ahead and do them all at once.
  • It is easy to complete via a computer or cell phone.
  • We no longer collect or accept paper documents so it must be done electronically prior to check in at the event where you will be issued a wristband in order to attend.
Swapping new team members in during the event is strictly prohibited. Any team caught doing this will be disqualified and asked to leave the venue.
REMINDER: Judging Schedule 
  • Judging for your team will take place the opposite weekend day from your competition.
    • So if you compete on SATURDAY you will be judged on Sunday. if you compete on SUNDAY you will be judged on Saturday.
  • All judging is remote. Mentor #1 will receive login info to their email. Mentor #1 needs to share this with the team members.
