FIRST consent form requirements for both FTC and FRC:
Students/parents, mentors/coaches and volunteers complete the FIRST consent form in their FTC and/or FRC program’s dashboard.
Only the students who filled out the electronic consent form will be on the coach’s electronic roster.
In some circumstances (walk-on volunteers, exhibitors), signing a paper copy of the FIRST Inspires form may be required on the day of an event.
